Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. at HomeGoods in American Fork, UT is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to ensure Associates process efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience in a busy store.

You will maintain a clean and organized store, train Associates, manage stock and backroom organization, and support safety and policy compliance. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior retail and leadership experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
