Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members who can execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will help maintain organized backrooms, train others, and support store operations to ensure merchandise moves smoothly from dock to sales floor. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a team-centered approach, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and clean store appearance.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with store management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety and compliance with policies and labor laws.
