Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented associate at our HomeGoods location in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will engage with customers, assist in store operations, train new Associates, and participate in continued development to support growth within TJX’s off-price retail family, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
• At least 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engaging interactions.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Support store flow and communication with management.
