Job summary

Milwaukee Division is seeking a Mercedes Benz Service Advisor in Milwaukee, WI. You will be the primary contact between customers and our service team, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience that upholds Mercedes-Benz brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing service needs, scheduling with technicians, maintaining records, and staying current on product offerings and warranties. A customer-service mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing an engaging service experience.
• Assess customers’ vehicle service needs and communicate recommended services clearly and effectively.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the parts department and other internal teams to facilitate seamless service operations.
• Stay updated on Mercedes Benz products, services, and warranty policies to provide accurate information.
