Milwaukee Division, an authorized Mercedes-Benz retailer, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers and the service team in Milwaukee. You will ensure a smooth service experience while upholding Mercedes-Benz brand standards.

You will greet customers, assess service needs, coordinate with technicians, and maintain records. A customer-service mindset and ability to explain technical details clearly are essential, with opportunities for growth and Mercedes-Benz training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive service advising or related customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.

• Must be based in or willing to commute to Milwaukee, WI.
