Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team on a field/project based role across the United States. You will support planning, scheduling, and supervision of MEP activities on active job sites, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent and at least five years of related experience, plus solid teamwork and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training and related construction experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications to plan construction start and completion times.
• Assist in locating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Help develop scopes of work for MEP projects.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
• Support safety program and on-site quality standards.
