Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years related experience.
• 5 years leading projects up to $15M in scope.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.
• Review and approve project budgets to determine resource allocation.
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure profitability and cost control on the job bidding.
• Lead design coordination with engineers and architects for specifications.
• Oversee change orders and RFIs, submittals, and project submittal processes.
• Ensure health and safety standards compliance on-site.
