Qualifications

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling.
• Review budgets and allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment).
• Negotiate subcontractor contracts and manage supplier invoices.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed on site.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue upcoming work.
