Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience.
• 5 years of experience leading projects up to $15 M.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project budgeting and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, AutoBid, P6 Scheduler and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.
• Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, and subcontractors).
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Lead change order process and ensure timely submittals.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and document compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new work.
