Job summary

Suffolk is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager in Estero, FL to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection coordination on complex projects. You will oversee field inspections, subcontractor performance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a BS in a relevant engineering field, 5+ years in MEP systems, 2+ years of project management, and proficiency in BIM/VDC, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Fire Protection.
• 5+ years experience in MEP systems.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical bid tabs and Exhibit B in contracts.
• Interview and hire MEP subcontractors.
• Manage day-to-day MEP subcontractor work.
• Review and approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders.
• Coordinate site walks and BIM/VDC coordination with schedule.
