Suffolk Construction seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection coordination across complex projects. You will manage field inspections, subcontractor performance, submittals, change orders and commissioning coordination to keep the project on schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing bid tabs, selecting subs, coordinating with BIM/VDC and A/E teams, and ensuring code compliance and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or Fire Protection engineering.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience with BIM/VDC coordination and multi-discipline coordination.

Responsabilités

• Review and manage MEP subcontractors and contracts.
• Coordinate with BIM/VDC personnel and Superintendent to align with schedule.
• Review MEP submittals, requisitions, and change orders.
• Oversee MEP/FP contractor and commissioning process.
• Interface with AHJs and third-party testers as needed.
