Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection coordination through the full project lifecycle. You will manage bid reviews, subcontractor selection, and field supervision to ensure schedule and quality.

You will partner with BIM/VDC teams, A/E professionals, and field staff to resolve coordination items and drive on-time project delivery while upholding Suffolk’s standards of safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Fire Protection.
• 10+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
• 5+ years in project management.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical bid tabs and Exhibit B in contract.
• Interview and select sub-contractors for each project.
• Manage day-to-day MEP sub-contractor activities.
• Review and approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders.
• Coordinate with BIM/VDC, A/E teams and field staff to ensure schedule alignment.
• Oversee MEP & FP contractors and commissioning process.
