Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a bold MEP Project Manager, Mission Critical to lead coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection on complex projects. You will manage field inspections, subcontractors, documentation, and approvals through the full project lifecycle to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

With a BS in a technical field and 5+ years in MEP systems, you will collaborate with A/E teams, BIM/VDC specialists, and owners to drive effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical/engineering field (Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Fire Protection).
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical bid tabs and Exhibit B in contracts.
• Interview and manage MEP subcontractors on each project.
• Oversee day-to-day MEP subcontractor activities and coordination.
• Approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders.
• Ensure site progress aligns with schedule and lead coordination meetings.
