Job summary

Arora Engineers LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services, coordinating internal staff and external stakeholders to protect the company’s interests.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning, act as liaison with clients, lead project meetings, and prepare high-quality reports. A PE/AIA/RA and 6-10 years engineering or PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA or MS/MA in engineering or architecture; PE/AIA/RA licensure preferred.
• Progressive growth in engineering/PM experience with 6–10 years in engineering and 3–5 years in PM.

Responsibilities

• Manages multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Prepares project initiation documents with scope, outline, budget and schedule.
• Identifies resources and assigns team members with Corporate Discipline Leads.
• Ensures compliance with Company standards and maintains project financials.
• Acts as client/Company liaison and represents the Company at project meetings.
• Conducts field surveys/inspections or delegates to staff as needed.
• Develops project staff and supervises assigned personnel.
