Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, INC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling multiple projects within time, cost, quality, and contract parameters.

You will lead NYC-based MEP projects, coordinating with architecture, structure and systems teams to deliver compliant electrical designs and timely submittals, RFIs, and punch lists. Strong leadership, safety, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with local building codes and their requirements.
• Experience in aviation and transportation is desirable. MBTA experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
• Proficient in MS Office—Word and Excel; MS Project desirable.
• Background in the MEP industry preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and lead by example.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule and budget for projects.
• Act as PM for NYC office on MEP projects.
• Coordinate electrical design with MEP, architecture and structures.
• Oversee QA/QC and safety programs per Arora standards.
• Develop project work plans and procedures.
• Lead internal and client communications and closeout processes.
