Job summary

Acco Engineered Systems in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a skilled Project Engineer/Coordinator to manage technical activities on multi-million dollar MEP projects within a design-build process.

You will support Project Managers, coordinate between engineering, construction and suppliers, and oversee document control, submittals, and procurement to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management preferred; 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proactive and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects and ensure effective communication between disciplines.
• Assist Project Manager with internal relationships and procurement coordination.
• Manage project progress onsite and support design-build processes.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, POs, and other project documentation.
• Interface with installers, suppliers, subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Travel to project sites and offices as required.
