ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-discipline MEP projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence. Responsibilities include initiation, resource allocation, and client communication, with ongoing coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes field surveys, reporting, and staff development, with adherence to company standards and strong focus on safety and relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualificações

• A/E industry foundations and processes.
• PM processes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work across multi-discipline teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services with internal and external teams.
• Create project initiation documents with scope, budget and schedule.
• Identify resources and assign project staff with discipline leads.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Serve as client/company liaison and represent the company at meetings.
• Conduct field surveys and inspections or assign staff accordingly.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain project financial database and reporting quality.
• Prepare high-quality project reports and communicate changes on schedule or budget.
• Mentor and develop project staff; supervise assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with supervisor and senior management on status of current/future projects.
