• Ability to work in the US and meet background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services.
• Completes project initiation documents with scope, outline, budget and schedule.
• Identifies resources and assigns team members.
• Ensures procedures align with company standards.
• Acts as client/Company liaison and represents the Company at meetings.
• Performs field surveys and inspections as needed.
• Maintains project financial data and prepares high-quality reports.
• Communicates project changes and variations effectively.
• Develops project staff and supervises assigned personnel.
• Reviews status with supervisor and senior management.
