Job summary

Yates Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope for a data center project in Jackson, GA. The role requires 5–10 years of MEP project management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of MEP installation and integration
• Review plans and contracts to understand MEP requirements
• Develop and manage MEP project schedule
• Coordinate with design and construction teams for integration
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials
• Manage subcontractors and field staff
