Job summary

You will oversee subcontractors, drive safety, control costs, manage schedules, and ensure quality across multi-million dollar builds. A Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering and 10 years of PM experience on large datacenter projects ($100M+) are required.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ commercial construction management experience is required.
• Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M+) is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture for the project and oversee field construction activity.
• Manage cost and profitability, schedule, and quality across project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with scope and specs.
• Oversee project scheduling, cost reporting, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Interface with owners, architects, inspectors, and vendors to resolve issues.
