Job summary

Yates Construction seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to manage field MEP work across data center projects in the Southeast. You will oversee preconstruction through commissioning, coordinating with design, estimating, and trade partners to meet milestones and budget.

Responsibilities include daily field leadership, safety enforcement, and ensuring quality workmanship. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field MEP on large commercial projects, 3+ years on mission-critical/data center sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site MEP activities from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead coordination meetings with subs and internal teams; review design for constructability.
• Ensure safety protocols, site logistics, and installation quality per contract documents.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and schedule impacts across trades.
• Collaborate with BIM/VDC and commissioning teams for sequencing and performance.
