Job summary

Yates Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead Data Center/Mission Critical construction projects from Jackson, GA. The role requires controlling costs, managing subcontractors, and directing field activities to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The PM will be the client’s primary contact, ensuring quality services, excellent communication, and strong collaborative relationships with architects, inspectors, and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 10 years’ commercial construction management experience required.
• Experience on multiple medium to large datacenter projects ($100M+) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture for the project.
• Manage field construction activity, schedules and subcontractors.
• Control costs and maintain profitability for the project(s).
• Coordinate with architects, inspectors and owners to resolve issues.
• Oversee Quality Control and regulatory compliance.
