Job summary

Yates Construction is seeking a Sr. MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large commercial projects in Jackson, GA, with travel to job sites as required.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, safety standards, and high-quality installations across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing MEP projects in commercial/industrial construction.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and integration of MEP systems across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage MEP schedule; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• Supervise MEP teams and subcontractors; ensure quality and safety.
