Responsibilities

• Review plans/specifications/contracts to understand MEP requirements and project goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP portion of the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to integrate MEP into the project design and schedule.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient execution of MEP work within the timeline.
