Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Manager, MEP, to join the Field Operations Team. This field/project based role supports planning, procurement, scheduling, and coordination across multiple trades on active projects in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least five years of related experience, with strong computer skills and a collaborative mindset. Travel to various site locations is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail applications.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications to assist planning procedures for construction phases.
• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support development of MEP project schedules and estimates.
• Coordinate site activities from pre-start to completion.
• Review drawings and ensure up-to-date on-site set.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Travel to project sites as required across the United States.
