Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks an MEP Construction Manager to lead field execution and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls on large data-center and critical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee MEP subcontractors and field teams to ensure safe, efficient installation aligned with project requirements. Join a team delivering hyperscale facilities with strong leadership, risk management, and daily coordination across engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Electrical or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of MEP construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple MEP trades and field operations on complex projects.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination, constructability reviews and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordination of MEP construction activities.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for safe and productive execution.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and work plans for constructability and readiness.
• Coordinate installation activities across trades to maintain project schedules.
• Support startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Identify and resolve field issues impacting project performance.
