Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead field execution for data center and infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls activities, manage subcontractors and field teams, and ensure systems meet safety and performance targets. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in MEP construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex field operations across multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of MEP construction experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordination of MEP construction activities across large data center projects.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Review drawings and specs, support constructability and field readiness, coordinate across trades.
