Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) is seeking an Engineering Project Manager - MEP to lead planning, coordination, and execution of MEP engineering scopes for large-scale data center projects.

You will work with owners, consultants, engineers, and vendors to ensure design, procurement, installation, and commissioning meet project objectives. You will manage interdisciplinary coordination among mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems experts, driving safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and 5+ years engineering/MEP project management or construction experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, BIM models, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering coordination across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, calculations for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, engineers, trade partners, and vendors to deliver integrated MEP systems.
• Support design reviews, constructability analysis, and procurement planning.
• Travel up to 50% and support onsite assignments as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related technical discipline
