Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager - MEP to lead planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Controls for large-scale data centers.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and customer relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project turnover. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or construction experience on data center, mission-critical, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of MEP construction across large-scale projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and submittals to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support estimating, procurement planning, constructability reviews, and commissioning.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
