Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in residential real estate, including transactions and local market knowledge (Arizona experience preferred).
Proven background in mentoring, coaching, training, or leadership within a brokerage or similar sales environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate professionals at different experience levels.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple mentees, training activities, and follow-up in a structured manner.
Familiarity with real estate technology tools, CRM systems, and standard office software to support hybrid work and remote collaboration.
Active Arizona real estate license (or eligibility to obtain) and commitment to high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
