Responsabilités

• Complete the PLACE Launch 90-Day Training Program.
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies weekly.
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes.
• Negotiate purchase offers for both sellers and buyers.
• Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host 3-4 open houses each month.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and partner calls.

• Complete the PLACE Launch 90-Day Training Program
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Negotiate purchase offers for both sellers and buyers
• Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host 3-4 open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties
• Keep informed about real estate market trends and regulatory changes
• Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, including lenders and inspectors
