Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA’s personalized plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families. Mentorship from a dedicated BCBA is provided from day one.

We offer an in‑person, flexible schedule (full‑time or part‑time) and a clear path toward BCBA certification, with training reimbursement and hands‑on learning to help you grow your career.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons or evenings
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
• Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs
• Background check clearance required

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
• Follow BCBA plans, implement behavior strategies, and collect data
• Build consistent relationships with families and supervisees
• Receive mentorship from a dedicated BCBA from day one
