Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow individualized plans from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusted relationships to support growth.

A dedicated BCBA mentor will be available from day one. Whether already certified or pursuing certification, you’ll find a clear path to BCBA, with support for training and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one
• Flexible schedule across mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Direct mentorship from a BCBA, not managers

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan and implement behavior strategies
• Collect data and track progress
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow
