Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to join our in-person team across homes, schools, and communities. You’ll work one-on-one with kids on the autism spectrum under a BCBA mentor, following individualized plans and collecting data daily.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior strategies and collect data under a BCBA plan.
• Collaborate with families and teachers to ensure consistency.
