Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance, collect data, and help families grow confident in managing daily challenges.

We offer direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, opportunities for full-time or part-time hours, and a clear path toward BCBA certification. Training reimbursement is available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons or evenings.
• Genuine enjoyment working with children.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs. and stay active.
• Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support child development; BCBA mentoring is provided.
