Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to work in-person with children with autism in homes, schools and daycares. You will be mentored by a BCBA from day one, with a clear path toward BCBA certification.

Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to fit client needs. Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or a clear path to earning one.
• Mornings, afternoons, or evenings availability to meet client needs.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and maintain consistent relationships to support growth.
