Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-to-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA mentor, collect data, and build strong, supportive relationships with families and clients.

Roles are in-person with flexible full-time or part-time options, and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification. We provide guidance toward certification and possible training reimbursement depending on location and practice.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with children, especially those needing extra patience and creativity.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support child growth; BCBA mentorship is available.
