Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years pharma or biotech sales experience in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Knowledge of payer processes and site-of-care dynamics is advantageous.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to launch and drive uptake of the therapy.
• Develop strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to optimize onboarding and treatment workflows.
• Navigate scheduling, patient flow, and operational considerations for this model.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and resources.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate ethical, compliant, patient-centric engagement.
