Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy. This field-based role involves partnering with psychiatrists and treatment centers, delivering clinical education, and navigating reimbursement and access pathways.

Travel up to 70% is required, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. The candidate will develop relationships across psychiatry and behavioral health markets and contribute to a launch-ready ecosystem in collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, academic medical centers, or complex site-of-care models.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the company’s innovative mental health therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant, and compelling product and disease-state education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support healthcare providers in understanding patient selection and referral pathways.
• Collaborate with certified treatment sites to support onboarding, readiness, and optimization of treatment delivery workflows.
