Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Experience with medical reimbursement, buy-and-bill, and payer processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize delivery workflows and patient access.
