Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our innovative mental health therapy across a defined US territory. This field-based role focuses on clinical education, account management, and patient access, building strong partnerships with psychiatrists and treatment centers while aligning with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Experience with payer processes, prior authorization, and site-of-care dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to launch and drive uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and healthcare systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to onboard, readiness, and optimize treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, including scheduling and patient flow.
