Job summary

Compass Pathways is launching a new mental health therapy with a field-based Therapeutic Sales Specialist who will drive adoption at certified treatment centers across a multi-state territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers and complex site-of-care models preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of launching novel therapies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory level commercial strategy to launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to support onboarding and delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and access challenges.
• Gather and communicate actionable field insights to inform brand strategy.
