Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field is required.
• In lieu of degree in Behavioral Science, will accept bachelor's degree in nonrelated field, with six years of comparable job experience, with one year of experience with the SPMI and/or Addictive Disease population, preferably full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and/or individual training on social and coping skills and self-management.
• Provide service coordination and/or linkage to Community Services that meet the needs of the patient/consumer.
• Engage in crisis prevention and management as necessary.
• May work in the hospital, outpatient clinic, or community settings, including support in the home, at work/school, or in shelters.

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences/related field

Alternative: Bachelor's in nonrelated field with 6 years of comparable experience (1 year SPMI/Addictive Population)
