Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support children and adults with autism in home and community settings. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, under guidance from BCBA supervisors, to build communication, social and daily living skills.

This role offers mileage reimbursement, paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth within Maxim's supportive team. Travel to client locations is required, and you will record progress data as part of

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Eligible for one of the following: college coursework in psychology or one year of related experience.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Plus One Of The Following

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
• Behavior Technician
• ABA Therapist
• Behavioral Interventionist
• Paraprofessional
• Child Development Professional
• Camp Counselor
• Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
