Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home and community settings. You will implement BCBA-developed plans and help clients improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers hourly pay between $19.00 and $23.00, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and ongoing BCBA support. Travel between client locations may be required and schedules are flexible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• 1 year RBT experience or childcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• 1 Year RBT Experience or experience in childcare setting

Plus One Of The Following

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Registered Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
