Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with children with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings.

You will provide one-on-one behavioral support, implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs, and help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills while recording session data and progress.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• 1 Year RBT Experience or experience in childcare setting

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• Registered Behavior Technician
• ABA Therapist
• Behavioral Interventionist
• Paraprofessional
• Child Development Professional
• Camp Counselor
• Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
