Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients under supervision from BCBAs, building communication, social, and daily living skills while gaining guidance and training.

Compensation is hourly ($22–$26 per hour) with potential mileage reimbursement, paid training, and flexible scheduling.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plus One Of The Following

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
