Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience in EMR and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in medical office or call center is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance pre-authorizations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally; respond to voicemails promptly.
• Guide patients through telehealth tech and portals.
• Process medication prior authorizations.
• Support providers with administrative duties and forms.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and insurance updates.
• Document accurately in EMR; maintain compliance.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and licensure tasks.
• Train new team members as needed.
