Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Team Lead Prescriber Administrative Assistant to support psychiatric providers and clinic operations. You will coach new PMAAs, manage medication logs, and coordinate care between clients and providers.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with telehealth, authorizations, and patient information while upholding HIPAA and quality standards in a fast-paced mental health setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team.
• Patient and empathetic attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
• Computer skills, familiarity with Google Drive and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, provide accurate information, and resolve client questions.
• Guide clients through telehealth troubleshooting and scheduling.
• Call insurance for prior authorizations and copay information.
• Assist providers with administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflows.
• Schedule client appointments and manage waitlists with care.
