Geode Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Practice Assistant in Conyers, GA to be the first point of contact for patients and to ensure smooth front-office operations. You will support administrative and clinical workflows in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Mental health or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfort and ease answering the phone – you will serve our existing patient population.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, caring first point of contact for patients and provide exceptional service.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists to reduce no-shows.
• Coordinate patient intake, referrals, authorizations, forms, and follow-ups.
• Support communication between patients, providers, and the practice team; maintain accurate records.
• Support day-to-day clinical and administrative workflows to keep the practice running smoothly.
